Had a great experience with SERVPRO! After a small flood in my basement overnight, I called first thing in the morning. They were unbelievably professional and responsive. They scheduled a visit and sent a crew the next morning. The team that arrived was very knowledgeable, and I felt at ease knowing that they were going to handle the cleanup properly. The owner, Luke, called me to check in and confirm that everything was handled properly and followed up personally when I had some questions and needed additional support. I would hire thIs team for any future job (though I hope not to need them!.

We worked directly with Luke, who couldn't have been more professional, helpful and capable of fixing our leak and dealing with some mold that crept in during the leak. He was patient answering all of our questions and worked seamlessly with our insurance and lined up a great contractor who could help restore our home from the damage. I can't say enough good things about this business, don't hesitate to work with them, they will make a challenging situation so much less stressful than it otherwise would be.

When my basement flooded, I called SERVPRO of Burlingame /Millbrae. They responded promptly and efficiently to resolve the water damage. Our drywall and flooring were restored to their original look. They were easy to work with, and I came away very impressed with them. I would recommend them to anyone who experiences flooding or water damage.

Our disposal line ruptured. Luke came by on Christmas Eve to diagnose, clean, and sanitize. Super responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend.

We had some flooding in our basement from the recent rains and were referred to SERVPRO in Burlingame. Luke came out and assessed the damage and they were cleaning it up two days later. Super efficient and professional. They did an excellent job!
