Flooded Electrical Room in Woodside, CA

This flooded basement in Woodside, CA began in the electrical room when the drain in the room backed up after the streets flooded during the winter storms. We were able to come in quickly and place drying equipment and remove all water. The before photo shows the water on the concrete floor before drying equipment was set up. The extent of the damage covered over 1000 square feet. The after photo shows the electrical room after everything was dry and ready for reconstruction.
